Student Placement
eLearning modules for students
Welcome to the eLearning modules for our Student Placement programs. You will have received a letter outlining which modules you need to complete for your placement.
Mandatory Modules
The following 5 modules must be completed prior to placement with Ramsay Health Care.
- General orientation
- Code of Conduct
- Safety
- Emergency Management
- Privacy law
- Appropriate Workplace Behaviour
- Sexual Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Sex-based Harassment
- Cyber Security
All other modules are optional and are for your interest only, unless you have been instructed to complete additional modules by the Ramsay Health Care hospital.
To complete a course, please click on the relevant link below. Once the course has opened in a new window, work through each page of the module in sequence, and print the certificate of completion available on the last page. Your certificates of completion will need to be taken to your hospital on your placement Orientation day. You will need to complete each course in one sitting.
Your progress will not be saved if you exit.

This module needs to be completed via the Hand Hygiene Australia site. This will require you to register for an account on their site. During the registration process, when asked for the Learning Package selection, please choose the one appropriate to your role.
