MyLearning User Guides

The MyLearning system maintains most of your RHC training records. In it you can:

  • View your compliance requirements
  • Easily enrol in and complete courses
  • Add certificates to your records
  • Enrol in sessions for any webinar and face-to-face training opportunities that might be available

Behind the scenes, there’s a lot more automation:

  • Accounts are automatically created, terminated, moved and updated to match any changes in the Payroll system
  • Compliance requirements are assigned at a national level by the National Learning Framework, and based on your position/role
  • Email reminders are automatically sent about learning that is due and overdue
